Welcome as our newest Tatt2Away Center Clinic!

Our purpose here is to get you the Marketing collateral and tools that will help you and your webmaster place the graphics, copy, links, and strategies that will get your Clinic’s Web Presence the Awareness for the Tatt2Away Center capabilities to your customers.

What you’ll find here is:

  • The marketing materials (i.e. brochures, in office signage etc.)
  • The corresponding imagery (i.e. logos, variations on logos etc.)
    • set of taglines, and terminology used by Tatt2Away to maintain the branding continuity across the board.

You can raise the ability for everyone wanting to connect to the brand to be found more quickly when those looking for tattoo removal and modifications search using the search engines.

We remind you that everything that is contained herein is under U.S. copyright protection and we reserve all rights thereto. That by so placing the following information and images upon your web site, and any or all the social platforms connected to your Clinic, Brand, Name, and activities that you recognize that fact and act accordingly to the requirements and recommendations of Tatt2Away.

Let’s Get Started!

What you need from us to start getting the word out: 

1) Your Clinic needs the Tatt2Away Logo in its various sizes – to the right you will see the links for those graphics. If they don’t automatically download, just right click on them and Save As to your computer files. We also recognize that a good portion of Studio Web Sites are darker backgrounds, and with the Tatt2Away Logo Designed for white, or light backgrounds we want to accommodate you with a “White Knockout” They are down below in a black background and a Transparent background for your graphics editors to place

Any of these can be shrunk down to the size you need for your own web site, social media, in store and promotional materials.

They are in a PNG format for the most universal application to the graphics editors on the market. Please maintain the colors, fonts and dimensions as they are currently made. Click on the link and then do a “Save As” to download or for those graphics showing just right click and “Save As” and it will download to your computer.

2) Our Official Tagline is: Tattoo Removal System

Place it just underneath the Logo, and just after where ever you mention Tatt2Away specifically on the web page, or social post.

Additionally you are going to want to have the ability to take the pictures of the treatments you do, before, during and after each treatment. Here’s the form for consent

PICTURE RELEASE FORM:

As a Tatt2Away Center and as your customers are going through the Removal process, you will want to take the Before, During  and After pictures. Each step along the way you want to track the progress and develop your own portfolio. For each customer you will need to gain from them the permission and release to use the pictures for promotional purposes.

The link below is a form of what you can use. Just remember to replace at the times it says the company on the form, place your Clinic’s name in its place.

3) Web Site Placement: As prominently as you can make this new income stream for your Clinic on your brand’s web and social pages the better to get the customers aware, and asking for it. As you start out  with us, we recommend that you include in your web site’s navigation the new page of “Tatt2Away Removal” or just having “Tatt2Away” there in interest of space is sufficient.

In the creation of that page for Tatt2Away Center services you are now providing, it is recommended that you take the pictures of you (or your trained professional) doing the removal process. In addition, we also recommend as your customers progress through the removal or modification process that you take the amount of high resolution images as they have all the colors of ink removed from their desired area. All these can be used at a later date for promotional purposes and to those prospective customers who are looking to have it done for themselves.

4) Links to Tatt2Away: When you link back to us from your site, or in any of your social media postings, the proper place to send them is found under LINKS to the below. Back linking to the main web site of Tatt2Away is one of the best ways to assist your Search Engine rankings.

5) Social Media Facebook

  • Utilize the Social Icon on Your Facebook Page Cover Photo – with your chosen graphic designer, place the social icon (in png found to the right) prominently on the space allotted.
  • Have a link for Rejuvatek Medical Tatt2Away (Facebook or Web Site) in your “About Us” section of your Studio’s Facebook page.
  • Postings from Rejuvatek Medical’s Facebook Page – Feel free to share any and all posts that are placed on Facebook by Tatt2Away. Click on the Share button from the Business Page and share it on your own brand’s Facebook page.
  • Share-able Content from Clinics – Using your best judgment, always place on your own Facebook page the content that your customers are interested in. Tatt2Away would like to help out in the sharing of that content your Studio Center places on the main Rejuvatek Medical’s Facebook presence. Getting more eyes on it as we go.

As you build your Tatt2Away Removal awareness in your geographical area, as well as on all the rest of your Marketing tools and advertisements. We want to do our part in bringing you the success looked for.

As a result we will need to have several items from you.  The form to the right is where you can put your requested information for Tatt2Away.

  1. Your Clinic’s Logo (in a print ready format – 300 dpi would be sufficient sent to dc@tatt2away.com in the attachment)
  2. Your Brand’s taglines, catchphrases
  3. Your Clinic’s Name
  4. Your Name (as you want to be known on our pages – i.e. technician’s name)
  5. Your professional biography – What we can put into a spotlight blog post
  6. Your head shot or pics you want to use for promotion (send to dc@tatt2away.com)
  7. Samples of your work (all samples can be attached via email to dc@tatt2away.com)
  8. Preferred connect points: Phone, address, Web address, email address.
  9. Social Media connect points: Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  10. The Clinic’s Specialties
  11. Any other information you see to relate to being a Tatt2Away Clinic Center.

From time to time we may have additional items that we will need for you in our efforts to spread the word about tattoo removal and will contact you at that time for those needed items  for the promotional campaigns.

Customizable Marketing Tools You Can Use from Tatt2Away:

Our Facebook Page is http://www.facebook.com/RejuvatekMedical and anything there we post, original or curated (from 3rd party sources) you can use readily on your own timelines to assist in creating for your location the social buzz you need to. We purposefully leave them without any location descriptors for this purpose… just come on to our timeline, and share the post to your Clinic’s Facebook Page timeline. We are actively creating original content to give you a variety to choose from and to use.
Anything on the https://www.rejuvatekmedical.com web site is free to use, the pictures, the writing, the gallery… we just ask you to give the proper attribution i.e. where it comes from (when it comes to the pictures). If you are in need of a landing page on your own web site, there is plenty of copy to use on the HQ site for you to utilize and have a Call to Action for people to schedule a consultation (what can be found on your customized blog article). We have the in office signage developed and ready for your location. Door Signs, Countertop Prop Up Signs and bumper sticker sizes as well.

Since each sign is developed for you to be able to have it print ready, the files (PDF’s) are rather large. Please contact Client Services and let us know which one you would like and we will send you the file so you can get it printed for your location.
